For your convenience, our office accepts several payment methods including cash, all major credit cards, personal checks, and money orders. We also work with Care Credit should you prefer a payment plan. Take note however that Care Credit arrangements should be made prior to your treatment.
If no other payment arrangement has been made in advance, then the payment is due at the time the dental service is provided. All patients are ultimately responsible for all fees, regardless of their dental insurance policy details. We can bill the dental insurance provider as a courtesy service if you have dental insurance. However, patients are expected to provide their share of the copayment at the time of the service.
Once your insurance provider has paid their scheduled fees to our office, we can then bill you if there is any remaining balance due. If you wish, we can provide you with the required insurance claim form so that you can file for reimbursement directly to your insurance. If your insurance provider pays more than what we estimated, we can then send you a refund.
